Habitooo is a marketplace for flexible workspaces that connects people seeking work environments ("Users" or "Guests") with individuals and companies offering their spaces ("Hosts"). Our platform enables:

Discovery and booking of workspaces including home offices, studios, corporate spaces, and coworking environments
Hosts to list their spaces, set pricing, and manage availability
Users to search for spaces by location, amenities, and professional categories
Connection and networking between professionals in the Habitooo community

Habitooo acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Guests regarding the use of spaces.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify Habitooo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Habitooo operates on an invite-only basis. Access to the platform is granted through invitations from existing members or directly from Habitooo.

4. Workspace Listings and Bookings

For Guests: When you book a workspace through Habitooo, you agree to:

Use the space only for the intended purpose and duration
Respect the Host's property and any house rules provided
Leave the space in the condition you found it
Communicate respectfully with Hosts

For Hosts: When you list a workspace on Habitooo, you agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your space
Ensure your space meets applicable health and safety standards
Honor confirmed bookings and provide access as agreed
Have the legal right to offer the space for use
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the platform
Use the platform to spam, phish, or distribute malware
Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

6. Intellectual Property

The Habitooo platform, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Habitooo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.

By posting content on Habitooo (such as space listings, reviews, or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Habitooo does not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of any listing or user content
The quality, safety, or legality of any listed space
The conduct or reliability of any Host or Guest
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform

You use the Services at your own risk. Habitooo is not responsible for any interactions between Hosts and Guests or any issues arising from the use of workspaces.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habitooo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Habitooo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Habitooo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Behavior harmful to other users or Habitooo
Extended period of inactivity

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Habitooo is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
